DELIVERY

All Jillian Aldrich jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow a 3-4 week window for your delivery. On occasion, exceptions can be made as we love to accommodate whenever we can.  Please contact us to inquire.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.  


RETURNS

All jewelry is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase.

If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most of your local jewelry stores.

REPAIRS

All of our jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee: if it breaks, if you need to re-size a ring, a chain adjustment, we are here for you (some fees may apply)

Please note the looking glass collection pieces are not waterproof so you are encouraged to take off whenever you come in contact with water. We will not be responsible for water damage. 

Because the pieces are one of a kind at this time we do not offer refunds, but for non custom items we will happily offer exchanges or store credit if the item is returned within the 7 days.
